Overnight courier costs are:

$4.50 North Island

$8.50 South Island

We offer free postage in NZ for orders over $80. 

Our aim to pack and send orders out within 24 hours.  Please be aware that if your parcel is sent on a Friday you won't receive it until Monday. If you would like a Saturday delivery please email me to arrange. sales@phoenixcrafts.co.nz

If the product is damaged during transit then phone or email us and we will sort out a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

If a product that you've ordered is out of stock we will contact you and either issue a refund or place the item on back order.
